Information You Submit
When you use a search form, the name, phone number, or address you enter goes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting service creates ordinary logs that may include an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps us maintain the site and understand traffic. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Visitor Data
We use these limited details to run the site, diagnose faults, assess traffic, and improve the material. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, county and state offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted on a linked service is controlled by that service's privacy policy. The same rule applies to sponsored results, which an outside company provides.
Who May Receive Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. We may also disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguarding Information
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes stated here. Because visitors do not create accounts, this site holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor submitted such information so we can remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Your place of residence may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. No comprehensive North Carolina consumer-privacy deletion statute was verified as of July 2026. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs for the limited information we hold. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Burlington, Alamance County, or North Carolina offices remain under the custodian's control, so correction or redaction requests must go to that office.
Policy Changes
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the site after a revision is posted means you accept the updated terms.
